I am offended by the way my business was handled by a manager I guess named Joe, a price match disaster on his part if he treats all the customers like this, I was about to make a several hundred dollar purchase and their method of price matching makes no sense?
After deflecting with defensiveness, he then became unresponsive via email, and they aren?t answering the phone line either? the people answering the phone said only Joe can do anything, sounds like a toxic work environment, kind of weird he couldn?t just have me process my order the take an additional $7.99 off? no he wanted me to do a separate transaction where the $35 dollar part would have $9.99 shipping so in affect cost more??? You want to lose hundreds of dollars of business and more potentially because you can?t make a simple price adjustment the way any other company would??? Thanks-Joe!!
Please give me your suggested alternatives!! Would love to hear if others were treated like this too!!

Visited the shop whilst working down here this week. And thought I could not pop in after hearing about it for years.
Staff extremely friendly and polite. Very welcoming atmosphere. A clear testament to the success of this shop and park. Especially Henry whom I spoke to in the shop whilst buying a very much needed souvenir.
If it wasn't the other end of the country I would certainly visit on the regular basis. If I'm ever here again for work I will definitely be popping back on.

How lucky are the people of Hastings to have this Gem in the centre of town. We drove 2 hours to come here after my 11 year old found it on the internet. We booked in for a BMX lesson with Josh who was fantastic, patient, informative and so incredibly enthusiastic. My son learnt solid basic skills and some cool tricks to boost his confidence.
The park itself is such a unique space. I couldn't fault it. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to help, they clearly love where they work!!
I only wish we had something even half as good as this where we live - it was well worth the 4 hour round trip.
