Went to this store for some information I haven?t had a cooker in two weeks living off easy meals and I have a child I finally found a fitter for the cooker and needed help on what gas pipe I needed. So I took in all the paper work for the cooker and without even letting me explain and show it hat I had the woman memeber of staff told
He she ?ain?t a gas plumber? and laughed with sarcasm completely disregarding my situation this was out of order considering she couldn?t even have the common decency to say she couldn?t help me. End of story. They had the part no thanks to her I managed to order it online.

I came down to Hastings to see family.
Went into the Screwfix on the Ponswood estate and witnessed a lady being very rude to a customer.
I didn't get her name - but she seemed to be in charge.
I did get what I needed, and the chap that served me was very polite.
