Today I was served by Lawrence who, despite how busy the store was, did a smashing job providing a friendly and helpful service. Lawrence helped me to pick between three different shoe brands, was quick to provide the sizes I requested, and also fitted in some friendly small talk (which was a nice touch and appreciated). After my purchase when I mentioned I'd write him a review, he shared that he was new to the job, which suprised me because, with the level of service he delivered, you would think he'd been in retail for years.

Fantastic service. Good selection. We purchased 2 pairs of shoes and were offered free overnight shipping if we wanted another pair. Plus gave us 5 gbp off by recycling our kids old shoes. Something that the USA should do. The young lady who just recently started with curly dark hair was a great help!
