They seem to think that my money belongs to them and i cant have my money, A block was put on my account i had a vist from the police ever thing was fine, but they still held the block on my account untill they spoke to me on the phone, been 2 weeks now been down to the local office talked to the people on the phone was told he was one of the people on putting the block on so he could not discuss the matter with me, but they would phone been another 2 days now still waiting. worst company i have ever used cant wait to close my account.

Dawn is great...so efficient,precise and helpful.
An absolute credit to Santander.
We chose an ISA from Santander rather than Nationwide, although lower interest rate dud to rubbish information from Nationwide.

A few weeks ago I witness something wonderful. The Santander staff in the branch were just so helpful to an elderly frail lady who clearly had memory difficulties. It was worth waiting the extra time standing socially distanced in line. Well done to you all.

Bank does not get back to you. Even after a follow up visit still no contact. Been holding on phone on 3 separate occasions for well over hour in total and only an international email address that don't help you. Nr on impossible to get a branch email or number and even there fb team total waste of time.I understand we are In Tough times but what a joke no way to treat new or old customers! Poor Show Santander!

The Staff at Hastings are extremely helpful, have confidence in what they are offering you, install that confidence in you that you are making the right choice with being with Santander. Above all they are polite and if you're a regular like me then you can see that they truly care about you and not your money !!!

Extremely large queues that take up to 30mins to get served at most times of the day, they could have more staff on the counters in this fairly large branch, where the staff are not very organized nor helpful whilst doing their day to day duties in dealing with their customers, plus hole in the wall outside.
