As I don't have full sight I don't normally shop in this particular store as its pretty busy and quite often there is only one poor member of staff serving a very long queue. Although it's well stocked for a small store it's gluten free however is decidedly lacking. Today I was fortunate it wasn't so busy, I can be a little slow and customers can sometimes be very rude and impatient. was helped by The lovely lady manning the till very kindly packed my bag for me, and as we were chatting about the gluten free realised I had picked up an item not suitable for my diet. I was very impressed by her powers of observation, you don't often get that kind of service these days. She suggested a similar product from their freezer line, and although it wasn't in stock it's nice to know it's usually available. Good knowledge, great service

Ordered from uber over £20 worth of my items didn't arrive when try call the number given on Google it either says its not recognised or beeps loudly. This needs sorting

The service is terrible. I came here to buy some steaks, I was browsing through the selection (which I must add was of a substandard quality), and this high pitched beeping noise loudly rang out constantly. I assume this is some type of a theft deterrent, understandable in today?s social climate. Annoying to most, however incredibly inconsiderate towards those on the autistic spectrum. As I left the store, I heard a member of staff ask ?is it the guy in the black shirt?? (I was wearing a black shirt at the time). As an honest customer I found this very disrespectful. I did not expect to be perceived as a criminal while choosing my steaks. I had been to 4 different shops searching for a cut of meat that was a healthy colour, with good marbling and had been well butchered to allow for an even sear of each side, and nowhere else did I feel so judged while doing this. From now on I shall advise my friends to not visit this store. Go to M&S for supermarket steaks.

I'm extremely disgusted after my encounter today, I was in a rush and picked up a couple of items, I grabbed a bottle of provence rose, my usual tipple, and the worker went out the bag to take the security tag off, at which point he switched it to a much cheaper Sainsbury's pinot grigio blush. In my haste I put it into my bag without looking, and it was only when I got home that I realised it has been switched. I can't imagine the reason why, obviously a petty, bored tiny morsel of a man, but I have been stolen from and this is absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Great store for travellers or commuters using the railway station. Wide selection of meal deal options including a Costa Coffee machine and premium sandwiches, as well as a decent selection of everyday essentials. Sadly, a lot of own-brand tinned products have been replaced with more expensive branded ones over the last year.\\n\\nBakery quality is always phenomenal, but on days when the college kids are in, they sell out of items very quickly.\\n\\nStaff are very friendly and helpful, plus quick to open another till if the queue backs up unlike some other stores.
