Really friendly and helpful staff were the highlight of my stay, but the room was spotless and bed and pillows superb.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Place has a good enough room, but the main issue is that a very annoying loud alarms went off in the morning 3 times randomly. Its really unsettling and really ruined our morning.I dont recommend for place to stay if u want to be annoyed and have your day ruined because of very loud sounds right above your head. Thank you.

A bad experience at this premier inn is putting it nicely. As we walked into the room it smelt of wet dog, followed by damp and brown stained bedsheets. We are not the types of people to complain so tried to let this slide. We woke in the morning so find a massive gas canister under the bed. Needless to say this posed an obvious and severe safety risk. Had it been exposed to any sort of heat and god only knows if there was a fire what would have happened. It would have been catastrophic. We complained to reception regarding the above, and the managers ?computer crashed? when trying to do something about the disastrous situation. We got offered a free breakfast but the idea of staying a minute longer was genuinely unpleasant. Even the manager at reception said we were better off with the Mccdonalds over the road!! We were assured that an email would be sent so we could follow up with guest relations; unsurprisingly, this never arrived. We submitted a complaint form ourselves and, after some time, were offered a 60% refund. Given the gravity of the issues, I found this resolution inadequate. I have stayed in many premier inns but this has made me never want to stay in one ever again to be honest.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The registration was easy and straightforward. Disappointed that there were only two servings for drinks when I booked a room for 4 people. The car park feels secure.

Just ate in the restaurant, food was ok , plenty of choice and in the week they did a ,£6 menu some meals are in this so a cheaper lunch from 1-5om .

Stayed for business and upgraded to a prem plus room which for me was worth it as spend a lot of time on the laptop so need decent WiFi.
The restaurant next door was closed which didn?t bother me as can?t stand the chain but may have bothered some people.
There are a lot of foxes around which I found lovely.
The man on reception was really friendly and helped with a few questions asked. Would stay again if in the area.

Stayed for 3 nights. We reported that the washbasin was blocked the first morning and also asked for room service. Nothing was done, so reported it again on second morning and asked for room service again, but sadly once again no room service and the washbasin remained blocked. Not up to the standard we have come to expect at Premier Inns.

Stayed here in a premier plus room night 21st June. The plus rooms have just been finished and are super clean and comfortable. Had the best nights sleep I've had in months. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for three nights last weekend as attending a wedding at The Old Rectory. Very enjoyable. All the staff engaged with us, and were friendly, whilst remaining professional. A mention to Joe and Toni on reception, who took time to chat with us.
The room had been newly refurbished so everything was lovely and new. The restaurant was busy, as weekend and beginning of half term, but very organised and kept clean by the staff who were on the go the whole time!
