“I have been using this shop and it's post office for a number of years now. The staff are friendly, helpful and go the extra distance to be of service to their customers. There is some parking outside and being on the outskirts of the town it is easier to get to and use than the post office in the town centre. They deserve more than 5 stars, but as 5 is the maximum you will have to make a visit to appreciate why they are simply the best.”

“Well I've been in Hastings half an hour and thanks to Butler and George I'm now the owner of 5 flying Hitler's. I don't think that sentence has ever been typed before and for that and the fact the shop and the guys are brilliant they get the 5 stars from me!”

“A life saving line when all the banks and the main post office are closed. I encountered very friendly and professional staff. With long daily programs and working weekends and bank holidays this place is absolutely fantastic”

“Not open on a Sunday for people who have to work 6 days a week is an absolute pain.not helpful atal .means a lot of hassle having to go all way to town for something that could of Easily been left at mine.that small foreign lady who works behind the desk a lot seems to deliver Saturdays and every time she takes it back to the office as I’m never in on a Saturday.it’s the weekend.really rattles my cage.yet my normal postman through the week the legend just signs it and leaves it in a safe place. That little lady costs me extra journeys ?”

“This is quite a useful sub-post office for paying bills and sending parcels. The Post Office is manned by the Costcutter convenience shop staff who cannot man the Post Office when it is closed. It is important to note the Post Office closes for lunch 1.30 to 2.30, so it is no use going there then. It is quicker to use this Post Office than the man Post Office in Queen's Road or the sub-Post Office in Ore Village. There is a car park to the rear of the Costcutter shop, but you can usually manage to park in Malvern Way without difficulty.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Hanna, who always goes the extra mile by making a transaction fun for my 4y/o, who now actually enjoys going there! Please, whomever sees these reviews, let Hanna know she is an excellent worker!”
