After calling most of local pharmacies upto 20miles away from home Wellcare was recommended by another pharmacy. Abbey was soooo helpful and knowledgeable regarding sourcing medication and put me at ease. All staff were courteous and helpful. Specialist will email prescription to them. Bonus, had my Covid and flu jab!So much Thanks to you All.”

“Yesterday, I lost my credit card wallet. I had no idea where I had left it and the following day I listed all the places I had visited. I started with Morrisons petrol station. A delightful man behind the counter produced it, and wouldn't let me have it back until I 'passed' security. What a super chap! Very pleasant and mindful of his job. I was so relieved. Thank you Morrisons. I wish I had taken his name. He worked in the petrol station at 3pm and deserves a treat for excellent customer service! Thank you so much!!!!

“New meds were not on repeat (I did not know & could not request online) surgery closed over New year Period. When I went to collect at 9am yesterday. Although urgent still not in by midday today. Chased Drs & chemist all afternoon. Finally surgery got script to pharmacy at 5.50pm. Pharmacy finally allowed me to enter at closing time (6pm) as they understood the urgency. I am so grateful to them for their support yesterday & today & advice should the script not arrive, Thank you Laycocks Little Ridge pharmacy staff”

“Being very sensible about managing current situation with pandemic. Onw way system in and out. Reminders throughout about distancing and cleaning stations in store. The trollies are cleaned by staff before providing for reuse. Seems like people are sticking with using masks ?”
