Shockingly awful over priced, things under cooked potato tots under cooked small portions, pigs in blanket says it feeds 2 there was 6, same with other things, should take on bored feed back people leave and learn from it especially the portion size and the price we the customer pay much better places put there people

Me and my family recently visited one of the holiday parks in Hastings.
As it's Thursday, we call for takeway. However, due to restrictions on takeways to be delivered to the parks, I've ordered for collection. When I arrived at Papa John's in town, I'd been earlier than I booked collection. One of the guys working there asked me for name that order is under, and stated that the food is not ready but they can start cooking for me earlier so I don't have to wait. Also, another lad offered me a drink, which I forgot to order. Perfect. So my order has been freshly cooked and even complete with the drink.
Pizza has been superb. my family happy. What else do you need these days?
Big thanks to Lukas and Camil. Apologies if I pronounce them wrong. Thanks that we still have people with the passion to work.
Parking: next to the restaurant, or there's plenty of space on the store car parks other side of the street

Pizza not well cooked raw still we called and no replacement or refund offered and owner is very disappointing and unhelpful. :( not best experience.

Recent visit left me very satisfied. Prices are reasonable and extremely competitive. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to have a nice conversation. Which brightens my day. The manager Alex is always putting customer satisfaction first and foremost. Whenever I order for delivery the Papa John's drivers are very quick and professional.
Vegetarian options: Meat free pizzas, many meat free alternatives, or imitation meat. You can also customise any pizza to not include meat/dairy.
Dietary restrictions: If you notify one of the team about any allergies or any other restriction, such as halal or vegan. They will gladly assist you and make sure the food is prepared accordingly without cross contamination.

Pizzas here are brilliant. Never greasy like some competitors, tasty and hot. Service is good, helpful too, especially if you don't have the app. It's takeaway or delivery only so no atmosphere ?

It's not placed in a great spot and its very expensive. The food is really good tho. Some of the staff are nice, some arent, it depends when u go. It's worth trying it cause it is good but not on a budget. It closes at like 11 wich is good
