Visited Pandora store in Hastings after a problem I had with a bracelet, extremely helpful very good customer service, I would have given it 5 stars except I saw on their website that a couple of other people had had the same problem I thought i was the only one! and after the Hastings staff contacted head office there was no real solution. Not Hastings staff fault.

Such lovely staff. I went in to source a gift for a friend's birthday and also found a lovely London icon range...The woman who served me explained what bracelets went with which pendants and explained that items could be delivered or ordered to be available in the shop.
