We were really looking forward to seeing Bon Marley one love it?s on screen4 up two steep flights of stairs no working lift we did get a refund but I?m sure I?m not the only arthritic 70 year old plus it cost 2taxi fares to get there and back my friend who is 67 is not going now so another lost customer the only reason I gave 2 stars not 1 is because the staff were lovely especially Adam

A lovely cinema. 4 screens, friendly staff. Food and drinks. There are wheelchair accessible screen and there are also showing with subtitles and adjustments for autism. A lovely cinema for the young and old.

One of the worst cinemas in UK cold uncomfortable & very disappointing.

You shouldn't have to get ID'd while with a parent/ guardian. A guardian's permission is more important then a cinemas permission.. Disappointed at the large amount of people in the cinema. The leg-room is minimal and very cramped, especially with a large amount of people in the hall. I assume that the floors hadn't been cleaned, as it was sticky and covered in all sorts of food ( if you could even call it that anymore ).

As a frequent visitor, I can highly recommend this cinema. Staff are so friendly, hotdogs are delish. Convenient parking at Churchill Square or on road with a short walk.

Not a bad cinema but very expensive
