Turned out to be false as they didn?t get a simple Sim-Swap done.
Question is why O2 sends people into their shops when the employees there are unable to help them properly?
I have to fix this issue now from outside the UK - terrible customer experience!

Great experience in O2 today - staff members were extremely helpful, especially Rhiannon who saved the day by not letting me walk out with incompatible devices - fab! Give the girl a pay rise!!!
