Couldn't help at all - need to change my name....couldn't help - wanted to get a better deal - because of the fact I told them my married name and account was in maiden name....couldn't help - husband wanted to change contract - because 02 are changing systems, his was an account that can't be accessed so.....couldn't help!! Apparently you can do everything online or on the phone...........perhaps they should shut the shops down then! With the savings they could reduce our bills! ?
