Having worked alongside Phill now for 3 years assisting in problem solving and renewing flooring in domestic and commercial dwellings. Me and my partner saw a property for sale and on the day we rang them asking to book viewing. They said because of COVID, they recommended virtual viewing first and we said yes. Then they sent an email without the virtual view link and then they said virtual view is not available for this property. On the next day, we rang them again and they said they will give us a ring back. And on the 3rd day, the property got sold? We are extremely disappointed with the communication. Literally, wasted our time with them. Highly NOT recommended. Save your time.
