A total of 1hour 40 minutes (3 calls) listening to music of a type only to be cut of when transferred , each time. If I didn't need the bank I wouldn't use it!

My 90 year old grandmother had an appointment in this branch to open a savings account. She got asked if she had brought her tablet (!) because "everything needs to be done online". She received zero advice and was shown the door. She was "served" by Darren Wilkinson - who could really do with a crash course in customer service!

Massive queues, beyond incapable staff. I?ve witnessed glaciers move faster. Branch should be closed immediately in the interests of public sanity.

Staff are always very helpful particularly throughout the coronavirus crisis. Yes you have to queue, but that's normal now. Service is efficient and courteous.

Staffs at this branch unbelievably unprofessional and they definitely need to be trained what the customer services are.I wonder why people choose Barclays instead of NatWest. It seems like we are there ask for free cash but no, we are there as their customers. So bad and rude. Avoid them

Due to current covid restrictions, a queuing system is in place even to use the internal self service cash machines. Long wait in the queue to be seen. Whilst waiting, the person in front of us gave up and walked away.

A manager at Hastings NatWest was so rude to me when my partner asked for me to be there at a meeting to help him with working bank dates out and the manager repeatedly told me to shut up then when I had enough of the foul mood she was in I decided to leave my partner to sort his account out she then said to my partner after I left that he needs to sort me out I have depression and didn?t need my mood tipping like this she made me feel less of a person I have ever had someone make me feel I hope something is done as this statement is my starting point I will take this further if no action is taken the woman was an older woman with blonde hair who was inappropriately flirting with my partner I also have two witnesses I would happily back this
