please please please sort out the alarm going on all night, It can be heard very loudly from my room and has been going on for MONTHS 3/4 times a week, sometimes even for two days on end when not open on sunday to turn it of. I don?t get any sleep before work and knowing you are aware it is going on please actually do something about it

Bearing in mind your TV adverts shouting about keepimg branches open, closing at 1pm on a Saturday is not very convenient for people that work all week.

Initially rang up to find out about registering a Power of Attorney with the branch and a male employee was most clear and helpful. As a result of this call, I went into the branch and was assisted by Pam. Professional, friendly and extremely clear and helpful about sorting the process out. Highly informative and took the time to explain everything. My parents were offered a hot drink by Pam and other staff. Professional and very caring. Thank you Hastings Branch.

Had a lot of problems trying to register for online services and spoke to Ellie at Hastings Branch. She couldn't have been more helpful, she guided us through the process with patience, even rang us back to make sure we were doing okay. Ellie is a credit to The Nationwide.

popped into Hastings branch and had such wonderful service from the staff in there, have had previous bad experience in others. lorna the young lady that helped me with my enquiry was very professional and was very accommodating, what a lovely young lady to have in branch, will come to your branch from now on.

I recently opened accounts for my twins via a telephone appointment, Lorna who completed it was amazing she was professional very nice and made the process quick and easy.Everyone I dealt with at the branch was lovely and made the whole process simple and easy i would definitely recommend using this service thank you also to Helen who booked me in when i went into the branch as she was friendly and very helpful.
