The restaurant is awful! The lady in till grumpy and rude. Children?s corner only half stocked. Pencils are broken, no paper to draw on if pencils worked. Dirty crockery in dirty crockery tray. Came back today to give it another chance and it was worse. The food itself was fine

Yesterday, I lost my credit card wallet. I had no idea where I had left it and the following day I listed all the places I had visited. I started with Morrisons petrol station. A delightful man behind the counter produced it, and wouldn't let me have it back until I 'passed' security. What a super chap! Very pleasant and mindful of his job. I was so relieved. Thank you Morrisons. I wish I had taken his name. He worked in the petrol station at 3pm and deserves a treat for excellent customer service! Thank you so much!!!!

Awful !.. always out of stock and I had a few vegetables rotted a few times from deliveroo. I had to bin it a few times now. Will not be buying from Morrisons deliveroo ever again
I just don't get it. Whoever Morrisons staff picks the fruit and vegetables should check the freshness before putting in them brown paper bags..
Plus every time I go shopping there and it's always out of stock most of the times !?..

I like shopping here, decent selection and quality overall BUT lately each checkout we have overpaid for things that otherwise were stated as offers only to find ourselves at the customer service. Just over the last two visits this week it has been over 20quid chased back and refunded. Fed up, hence posting this review. Buyer beware. Check your receipts. It happening too frequently, cant call this accidental anymore.

I am delivery driver, in just eat .I come to the shop every day. Only one person(small boy) become to (rude).he not answering any questions. I am waiting for collection one hour .may be he not like this work . requestly can you pls change them.

Really disappointed by service at checkout in Hastings Morrisons. The store itself is great....but this is spoiled by staff at checkouts who seem far more interested in talking to each other (not about work) than in concentrating on the customer. Last week this resulted in items being put through the scanner twice, so I was overcharged but didn't notice this until I had left the store.
So, management, a strong suggestion that your staff training on customer interaction should be improved. Thank you!

Good products, friendly staff. But, the gents toilets are terrible. Disgraceful condition, health hazard, broken locks, and obviously not inspected regularly. Let's the store down
