When to pick up 2 over the counter medicines, I was number 2 in the queue. From what I could see there were at least 4 members of staff working, even then it took me 10 minutes to be acknowledged then they had neither of what I needed. It looks like the shelves behind the counter are half empty, is there an issue getting tick?? I?d there a shortage coming??

No way of contacting the pharmacy by phone to check if a prescription has arrived as the number isn't working now. The 0345 number puts you on hold and the ' average wait tike was 2hr 17 mins ' poor

Occasionally the pharmacy would simply not be able to get my prescription. I talked to a member of staff, who told me that sometimes these things happen. Being human, I brushed this off as just one of those things that happen and moved on.And then it happened month after month after month. Each time the experience would add to my stress and anxiety, turning what should have been a quick and painless experience into a slog-fest in which there was a 50/50 chance of me getting my prescription, let alone my prescription on time.After one such incident in which I'd requested a member of staff to order my prescription early, because I was going abroad, I had to ask for an emergency prescription because they still hadn't ordered my prescription, which they refused because I still had a day left of my meds. I was leaving the next day.It took two weeks and around seven visits to get my prescription.I moved to a better pharmacy, where they email me when my prescription is ready and I'm in and out of the door very quickly.I'm generally a happy-go-lucky kind of person and recognise that things don't always go to plan. But when things routinely don't go to plan, it makes you wonder if there was any plan or system in place at all.

Terrible service went in at 18:40 pharmacy closes at 19:00, pharmacist couldn?t be bothered to put prescription in and told me to come tomorrow. Couldn?t care less lazy attitude, won?t use them again!

Absolutely useless. Despondent and disorganised. Always scrabbling around for my prescription and today I was told now it's from an online company which I've never heard of. AVOID.

Quite a good range of produce, clothes, petrol garage, pharmacy. Can be busy in peak times but I usually find everything that I need.

After 56 phone calls to see if my parents prescription is ready to be collected and no one answering, it looks like it will be a drive from London to che ck. My parents are severely disabled and have copd and are unable to leave the house due to covid-19. Wouldn't be so bad, the staff in there are incredibly rude when you do go in there.The young staff are lovely. One older staff in particular need to learn manners. She needs to change jobs, caring is not her speciality .

The staff like to get away very very sharp at closing time. Well, so sharp that the lights are out and it is closed several minutes early.

Openly discussing people's prescriptions in ear shot of other customers with an absolute disregard for people's privacy. Bar far the slowest service in the history of retail.
