It's filthy could do with a good clean. It's the dirtiest Mcdonald I have ever been in. I refuse to eat in it again. One near sainsbury is much nicer.

Big mac meal and a double cheese burger, despite it being busy somehow i managed to recieve cold food, didn't feel great after eating cold burgers as you can imagine but there you go I'll try pick another fast food outlet next time im in a rush

Utterly disgusting racism displayed by a man who was on duty around 5 PM yesterday. The way he treats people of color and the way he frowns when you try to speak to him is just appalling. Afterward, he smiles and quickly assists people of his own color. I?m not sure if he?s a manager, but he was wearing a white shirt and was on shift yesterday January 2, 2025, around 5 PM.

It's not difficult to work in McDonald's. I order as a treat once a fortnight weekend and everything they miss an entire meal. If the delivery came from the other hastings branch this wouldn't happen

Always rated this place! The staff have such a high volume of customers ranging from patient well mannered folk to violent, impatient, chavvy clowns who spent the previous drinking special brew down the park and sleeping on a doorstep (the joys of working in a town centre populated by many reprobates) the foods always been on time, orders always right and they always seem to be in high spirits no matter what so well done to every one of them ?

staff members so slow!! worst maccies in the uk! staff members were casually chatting away while loads of customers are waiting for food! staff members are rude and thre my sauces at me. overall worst maccies ever better off not coming

Service was slow (as always), can't be considered fast food!!! However the staff were excellent, helpful and very polite. Food 4* as never quite like the photos, so far only Gatwick South Terminal can achieve that. At about 11am, it was nice and quiet.
Parking: The location is so popular, parking is always "tight"

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Place was a mess, leftover food and wrappers on many tables. Order was incomplete, drink was not closed right so it spilled and the fries were stone cold. An absolute disgrace of a restaurant.

Incredibly busy for such a small waiting area made worse by a computer failure so your number was being called out and you just couldn't hear them. We did get an Apology for the long wait also made worse by online orders!!

Ordered 2 medium chips and a ketchup, ended up with 1 small chip, ketchup and an apple pie. 10/10 would buy from again. Je vais manger ton bébé :)

Relaxed family fast food joint at a reasonable price

Ordered a mcplant burger and fries and it took over an hour and a half to make and deliver. I get being busy, I get staff absence but don't run the just eat service option if you can't deliver within a decent time frame. Food was cold, slushie was melted. Wasted money I don't have when it was supposed to be a treat for my kid. Hugely disappointing.
