Last week I went into Marks and Spencer?s in Hastings, I asked for the plant based section and was told you don?t have it anymore and now you have put the plant based items amongst the other products! It was horrifying to see the plant based sausages amongst the corpses of innocent animals! The very least you can do as a brand is have a fully separate vegan section so we don?t have to be offended and traumatised whilst going shopping! #vegan

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. After purchasing a pair of period knickers, they developed holes after just one use, so I made a formal complaint and requested a replacement, providing photographic evidence and my purchase details. Instead of resolving the issue, they requested I send back the worn, used period knickers for "inspection and investigation." I found this request both absurd and uncomfortable. Despite my concerns, they insisted on receiving the product to proceed. This experience has left me truly appalled, and I will not be purchasing undergarments from them again.

Today I met a gentleman who I know in Priory Meadow, who was clearly feeling unwell. He wanted to shop in M&S but was unable to walk any further. I enquired in M&S if they have a wheelchair. The service provided by their staff was excellent. Not only did they get this gentleman everything he needed in the clothing department, they very kindly took him in the wheelchair to the taxi rank to get him back home. Thank you M&S for making a stressful time for one of your loyal customers the chance to buy what he needed due to the care you gave him.
