Spent alot of money for my most expensive thing to not turn up which was a party bucket ! No one answers the phone.

Avoid this KFC if you can , I know is a fast food chain so you cannot expect them to give you an extremely professional service , but this place doesn?t even offer the minimum. Staff they are extremely slow they don?t care about their job or costumers , which is reflection to the management and ownership . They lack training in what costumer service truly means , they all look like they are forced to be there , bored . You wait a very long time for your food just because you are meet with 0 interes . Just go to a different KFC in town where at least you are meet with a smile .

Personally I won't eat KFC,but the kids love it,and I must say this London Rd one is one of the better ones to go to.always seems quite clean and the service is alot better than town KFC.

Never experienced an establishment so inept at such a simple job. Reliably and consistently leave out whole items from an order.
Just paid £10 for a tower meal (large chicken burger) for it to arrive with what looks like a very small, old and inedibly chewy chicken nugget serving as the chicken in the burger, completely rancid.

Service is ok just there isn't enough of them so u have to wait also it's not very clean and tidy where unsot probably due to fact there isn't a lot of staff but other than that kfc it's banging

You can ONLY order at the screens, I forgot to order an item, so I asked if I could pay at the till, Mrs Grumpy refuses so KFC lose a sale??. On the same day my friend who can barely use his Phone, explained that he cannot work the screen and was told he still could not order at the till. What about paying in cash??

Ordered food in the shop . Waited a few minutes which was good . Got home to find no chips that I had paid for . Not to happy . The second time I've had items missing. Last time was a online order . Did receive a refund that time for missing item . Will try the one in town centre next time .

Fillet burger but no fries. Bargain bucket should have had 4 fries but no fries. Tried ringing but no answer. Spent 15 pounds on taxi. So have very unhappy family
