Colin, Issey and all the staff at Just Property. Having been sitting here writing thank you E mails I am now saving the best till last !!!! Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . There were many times we were quite ready to throw in the towel but through your sheer tenacity Coilin you never gave up and soldiered on with this constant belief that its not over till its over. Your problem solving spirit shows no limits and you jumped every hurdle put in front of you and thank god you did. I always said there is no price you can put on experience and you and Issey and your team have proved that without a doubt , the longevity of your company is testimony to your ability to deliver what you say to the best of your ability and should I require your services again I would not hesitate to call you or recommend you to anyone who may wish to travel down the road we have in full confidence. You are not just our Estate Agent Colin selling our home you are our friend who will always be welcome in our new home which you delivered to us as you said you would and for that we will be forever grateful.

By far the best experience I?ve ever had with an estate agent. Issey replied to emails within minutes, and was always available at the other end of the phone. Fantastic communication skills-clear, helpful, and utterly charming. I couldn?t recommend Just Property highly enough!

I would say that they are one of the 3 or 4 best estate agents I've dealt with in the Hastings area. But it's more the person who you deal with than the company to be honest

Austin and Shannon were incredibly helpful and detailed in what we need to do with our house in order to get the best sale price. They told us where to spend a little and improve areas of the house and garden that would give us a great return on the small improvements, and also advised us that some of the work we thought would be necessary wouldn't actually improve the price or sale ability and therefore would not be worth doing.When looking at houses to buy, Austin even arranged for an architect to help us evaluate whether a we could add to a prospective house in order to create an accessible annex for my mother in law - amazing service that I haven't come across elsewhere. Highly recommend whether you're buying or selling.

I very recently exchanged contracts after a very challenging process. In my view, a business is the people who represent it and my 5 stars are for two people. Firstly Graham, who valued my property, took the time to understand my situation, never put me under pressure and made a string of spot on decisions which were based on that understanding. Selling in my case was much more than just a 'transaction'. Secondly, Ben was exceptional. His communication and decision making was always relevant, timely, friendly, honest and never pushy - most importantly, when pressure was applied by other agents and movers in the chain. His commitment, patience and understanding were pivotal. He sets the bar that I feel all at Just Property would do well to aspire to.

I have experienced Just Property for both buying and selling and can wholeheartedly recommend them. I have just sold my property with them and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had two sales fall through due to Covid and throughout my time with them they kept me constantly updated on viewings, feedback, solicitors etc. Everyone in the company is helpful and friendly from initial valuation, to viewings, liaising with solicitors and completion and they kept me going through some very stressful times.
