Great Service, confidant and friendly staff

Went in for some shoes but was rudely approached by an evil old lady . We engaged in a verbal dispute but it was quicky escalated when she got out her extendable walking stick and started chasing me about the place screaming incoherently like some kind of wild Banshee. Fortunately one of the employees ran over and calmed her down and saved me from death by battery from an old lady. The polite man I believe was called Evan or perhaps Ethan
