Excellent customer service from Jane, and of course all members of the team. I have been banking with HSBC for decades.
Everything is a breeze with this bank, and on the odd occasion - when I've encountered any difficulties such as fraud on my account or direct debit issues, HSBC dealt with it professionally and up to high standards.
I highly recommend them for their Top Class service and have tried other banks in the past but From personal experience, HSBC is definitely the best.
Keep up the good works and professionalism. May God bless you all and Thank you for making me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. It means a lot to me.

First time I?ve used the Hastings HSBC and I felt really welcome. I was welcomed at the door and then referred to Dan who helped with everything and more!! I can now use my online banking and I will now be able to use the global card when I go on holiday.
