Their phone AI is useless. Want to make an appointment and you can't get through without entering an account number which is impossible if one wants to open an account ?

The Halifax was empty when I visited .it can get quite busy sometimes . I was there a hour after it had opened.

Started brilliantly but are no help if you're phone is stolen to change your number no access to online banking for over a month
