Honestly If my bus stop wasn't across the road I don't know why I bother.. better off going to Icelands around the road and buying the frozen option of Greg's items and cook em the night before leave em on the kitchen side for work in the morning and should taste the same .. slow service too, every time !!!

Food quality is always good, the customer service at 8am is always friendly. The only issue is that there is only 2 member of staff on the tills even though there atleast 10people queuing every morning.

brilliant service! the girl who served me i've also seen at the eastbourne branch on numerous occasions and despite the busy atmosphere at the time (lunch rush) she still made an effort for conversation while getting my order.such a lovely girl and thought id come on and give her some credit! i didn't catch her name but it was around 12pm and she is quite young and has brown hair

You can be sure of 5 ?????????? service and incredibly delicious pastries such as the Caramel custard filled doughnut or the iced apple turnover when you visit Greggs in Hastings.Have to say I was very surprised how nice their cakes are - even the Bavarian slice and custard slice are very enjoyable.Definitely worth paying them a visit if you are looking for a delicious treat. Great selection of savoury finger food also available.

Never enough staff. 1 poor girl rushing through the orders while 2 members of staff (1 the manager) hiding around the corner. One of them couldn't be even bothered to remove the dropped sausage baguette that had been dropped near the counter.
