Awful experience. Never ordering from here again.
Spent £15 on a pizza as a treat, and when it arrived I was very disappointed. Very little sauce and tasted bland. Phoned up and asked for a refund as had already waited one hour and was too hungry to wait for a replacement. Manager advised me that all they can do is replace it (which makes no sense! Why can?t they refund?!).
Waited an hour and hadn?t heard anything so called them up and they said it will be 5 minutes. It arrived cold and raw. Called up to complain and ask for a refund. The guy I spoke to was VERY rude and said because I ordered the garlic spread it means there won?t be as much tomato sauce (again not making sense). He said they did all they could and if I?m still not happy then I have to complain on their website. But then all they will do is give me a ?free pizza? which I?ll have to order from the Hastings branch. Why would I want to do that when they keep making so many mistakes??
And looking at other reviews, they clearly feel they must be precious about their sauce and it?s not just me! Awful please avoid if you don?t want to waste your money!

Staff are rude and don?t care, placed an order online and then called to order something else that I would have paid for on collection. The very rude person on the phone quickly told me they can?t do that you can only order online and hung up on me. When I collected the guy was rude and acted like he hated his job £25 for 2 pizzas you could get elsewhere for less than £15 domino?s is done don?t bother. It used to be worth it because the pizza was nice but nowadays their pizzas taste dirty and have a tiny bit of sauce and a tiny bit of topping never again

Really happy with them. I showed up at 1:45 in the morning and they were most helpful in helping me get my order delivered to me.

Go there if you like your pizza burnt!!!! The last 2 times I?ve had pizza from there it has been burnt. When I called last time I was told to put a complaint in, which I did and never heard back. I thought I would give them another chance today, but yet again burnt, despite telling them we did not want the pizza burnt. When I called to inform them they proceeded to tell me that the pizza was not burntand this is what it should look like. I have had pizza from them before and it was never burnt before the last two occasions. I have not had a bad pizza yet from the one in Bexhill. Avoid!!!!!

The food itself was nice. The delivery driver however was rude, he called when outside to say I had to come to the door to collect(I live in a flat) and I asked why as there is a lift and any other deliveries use it and he said that they?re not insured to come in, however I pointed out that dominoes have in fact delivered here before and come into the building, he had an attitude and was rude. I came downstairs to find no one there, came back upstairs to find him at my front door waiting and said he would not deliver to me again. He also said that it states on the website they?re not allowed to come into the building, which it does not.

Order incorrect, delivered wrong drink and no ice cream. Pizza so overcooked it was not edible. Driver did offer to return with correct drink and the missing ice cream. Did not realise how poor the actual pizza was at that time. Back to Pizza Hut for us
