Sales person called Lemon in this store, was amazing in interacting with my daughter in finding out what things she wanted never rushed her just took her time, absolutely amazing.\\n\\nWent back a second time to see lemon to get my daughters ears pierced and she was so professional and precise. They look amazing gave us all information on after care!\\n\\nWould highly recommend!

We had our 6 year olds birthday party at Claireâ??s Hastings yesterday and it was fantastic! The girls in the shop couldnâ??t have been more accommodating - they gave each party girl an amazing makeover with hair, nails and face all with glitter and sparkle. My daughter said she had the best party ever! Thank you so much Claireâ??s for helping create some special memories for our daughter. Would definitely recommend them for parties and ear piercings (they pierced both my daughters ears (aged 6 and 3) 6 weeks ago and were brilliant with this also.

My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday with a party at Claire's back in April. All the staff were lovely and friendly and were so good with the children. I have recommended their parties to lots of my friends.

Having had nothing but trouble with an online order from the same company, the actual store (who are not directly linked with online) went out of their way to rectify the situation and give great customer service during the three times I had to go to the shop. The store manager was very helpful and also Lemon who were so patient and apologetic despite it not being their mistake or issue. Thank you. We won't be ordering online ever again but I at least feel our voucher can be spent well in store.

Had my cartilage pierced by assistant Holly last week. She put this old lady at ease with her confidence and professionalism. A lovely, well-mannered young Lady.
