Very overpriced stock, like all of their stores, so this one is no different. They are very good with returns and their goods are mostly good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful

i brought a laptop from cex 11 mouths ago and when i got home it said it needed a update i tryed to go the update but it didnt work and when i went to cex to speak to one of the staff they said if u bring it back and if they cant do the update they said they can rufund me when i took it in they checked it and they couldnt... read full comment

Never buy a phone from here. I got sold a dodgy Google pixel. With a faulty battery, staff refused to look at it under warranty because there's a minor scratch on the screen like that has anything to do with the preexisting fault.
