Used them to source two projects: I found that the prices are all over the place depending on who serves you, A bag of cement can cost anything from £3.00 to £4.50. The normal prices are very high and then you can negotiate a discount.
Be also careful about the cross the board discount, they discount from the top price, which is often higher than their published special offers.
The invoice is very confusing, they print their own part number/code which bears little resemblance to the product being delivered.
The delivery slots are wide, 07:30 - 13:00
The returns policy is savage - 25%, so if you buy a 2 products for £200 each and you find that one is surplus to requirements, you take a £50 hit if you return it in pristine order. Any sigh of transport of scuffing then returns not accepted.
Delivery charges are not declared when you complete purchase or are they published to be seen. You get the great feeling of free delivery when you spend hundreds then a tenner is at the bottom of the invoice.
