Breakfast deal of £10.99 for all food and drink and kids under 16 eat free is such a great deal. The food is good quality too, when it?s not run out and keeping you waiting!
Staff are soooo rude though and so moody and moan a lot about their jobs and make no effort to hide it. People ask them questions and they answer sarcastically with rude facial expressions too. Clearly an unhappy bunch!
I got overcharged on my last visit x3 and when I went to resolve they openly blamed me and again so rude.
They openly reserve low level tables or disabled and elderly which I think is positive, never seen that anywhere else before

Meh, it's not worth it. Slow service, really average food and honestly not worth the price. Plus there's delightful customers who pester tables, you'd be better sitting in your car at McDonald's.

Menu was missing half the food, which we only found out when ordering, and then had to rearrange on the fly. No option to mix and match between festive and normal menu offers despite no vegetarian options on festive main menu. Food then took an hour to get to the table and only then after repeated chasing. Restaurant was half full so not busy. Desserts begrudgingly given to us free of charge after repeated complaints. No apologies given at any point.
Vegetarian options: Good luck.
Parking: Free of charge but must log vehicle reg on entry

Came for my daughter?s birthday. Disappointed at the reduced menu and it wasn?t explained to us when we were seated however the lovely manager behind the bar explained it all and was very accommodating.. Our waitress April was amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed and stopped for little chats as she walked past. Very helpful, very friendly and a lovely person all round. Thank you April :)

The dinner was amazing. I ordered the Sirloin steak with the garlic butter sauce, alongside chicken goujans and added in a pigs in a blanket. I scraped the entire plate clean, very tasteful and great timing, I didn?t have to wait for long.
I must say, this is one of the most friendliest staff I?ve encountered at a restaurant. I want to thank the server named April who served my food, and she was communicative and amicable throughout the entire dinner.

Most of food cold and veg was hard, prawn cocktail was lovely and cocktails,drove 40 miles for a £150 bill that was of a poor standard.access for disabled was very poor,steep stairs at entrance,had to use next door hotel lift

Had an absolutely lovely evening, the food was really lovely and the staff are so nice and friendly, Ang in particular was very helpful as we arrived slightly late due to traffic and was great when I rang to let them know. Thank you for a great evening will be back again soon.

Parking: Not sure on how much parking but you do have to register your plate number and have 3 hours of parking.

Went for dinner with 3 grandchildren, one of which is autistic with specific needs around food. Served by a helpful lady called April who went above and beyond with the chef to be sure my grandson could manage his meal. Nothing was to much trouble as we were very specific with his needs. An absolute pleasure to go and such kindness helpful staff. Including the chef on that day. Delighted
