For the first time put supplier didn?t have oat milk so I had to use bookers.Staff was extremely u helpful and rude!I didn?t have a barcode but our company had a registered account that one of the the staff members found on the system.I guess I?ve been judged by the way I look because I have been asked to leave the store whilst making a phone call!!!Ridiculous customer service

Took a trip to Bookers Hastings with my sister, she is in the catering industry and has to make frequent visits.Overall I was very impressed with how well organised and well laid out it is, staff are friendly, helpful and extremely polite, nothing was too much trouble.It is not the most exciting place to visit, however, it serves its purpose and does that very well.
