My son went for help with some issues registering with Apple pay. Very helpful staff. Found where the problem was and sorted it. Thank tou.

Robots and dodgy music. Eventually get through to a human who fancied a chat then said they actually can't help me, needed lots of prompting for them to put me through to someone who could help. Maybe they see how long it takes to annoy the customer. Very poor service.

Went to the Hastings branch today and had an appointment with a lady called Hayley , she gave me fantastic service, very helpful, informative and friendly. Would be very happy to return to see her again should we need to. Highly recommend Hayley ! Thank you for your help :-)
