I just want to say how fantastic Rob at Timpson is! I went in expecting to spend a lot of money to get something fixed, but Rob went above and beyond to help me. While I didn?t get everything done exactly how I?d hoped, he did his absolute best and made sure I walked away with a great result. Super friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing the best service. I?d definitely recommend this particular store?especially if Rob?s working. Top-notch customer service!

I really like the Timpson's brand and find the work of the CEO John Timpson exemplary. However, I'm disappointed that this branch won't take on any shoe repairs that are too challenging. In these days of repairing rather than throwing away, having shoes repaired is important. I was turned away with 2 shoe repairs, one to glue the sole and the other to re-sole some boots. And was told I was wasting materials. So I took both pairs to Courtyard Shoe Repairs and Lewes and had an excellent result.

Rob & Ethan were really helpful. This is our local store and we always feel well looked after. Yesterday we went in to get some keys cut and were also given excellent advice re: shoe repairs and passports. They also helped take photos of a very wriggly newborn in a very professional manner. Would recommend! Will be back!
