I have used Taylor Engley for both selling and renting properties. On both occasions they proved to be excellent and trustworthy and the process was always client led. We appointed Taylor Engley as our agents to sell an inherited property. From day one they were professional in all dealings and despite some hiccups on the way due to problems with the property and an abortive sale they did not give up.. I have been using this company for a period in excess of ten years. I have purchased properties, sold properties and used them as letting agents for the three rental properties that I own. Sarah and Sadie at Taylor Engley have been lovely to deal with. They sold our late mother's house at a difficult time following the mini budget in the Autumn of 2022, and kept us steady when we were a bit inclined to wobble, negotiating a fair price and navigating somewhat choppy seas at times with a competent hand at the tiller. They know the quirks of the local area well, and we are very happy that we entrusted the sale of the house to them.
