Such a rude older lady on the till yesterday, actually quite disgraced with her behaviour towards a paying customer.
Won?t be returning, I?ll go to town next time.
Staff need more training, or maybe employ someone happier?

the staff are horrible they don't understand people with mental health I bent down to find my card in my bag I must of accidentally left a conditioner in my bag I thought I put it back a man and woman were quite horrible about it and banned me I paid for some of my items I just forgot about that one item but they were quite horrible about it I couldn't help it I have memory issues I said I will pay for it they said no and banned me for no reason the woman who must be a manager wasn't listening just being sarcastic saying bye she is idiot

Surley unhelpful staff. Need retrainig in customer care and the rules of returning items & refunds. Will not be shopping in that store again.

My wife loves this Super drug and seems to spend hours browsing through all the shelves, always well stocked and bright and clean with helpful and friendly staff. It does have a good range of perfumes and aftershaves ? Never seems to busy.

Its decusing l went to day in morning brought the item it was only one pound fifty nine pence l gave her two pounds sixty pence told her to put penny's in charity box so she owed me a pound but she refused to give that pound so she called manager over l explained what happened still she refused to give it to me so l wont embarrass myself l told them to keep it they need it more than me

A very stroppy young girl on the till was obviously very annoyed when I explained to her that my card would not receive a 'contactless' payment because it was due for me to key in the number for security purposes. She insisted that my card had been 'declined' and that I needed to use another card. When I explained to her that this wasn't necessary and used the card successfully, she was very disgruntled; no apology, not thanks for showing her.A miserable young lady who requires further training in Technology and manners.

Went into my local hailsham store today always go in there never had any issues but the staff were very rude in store as I?m walking around they all have there head sets on having personal conversations and as I go to check out the lady at the till is still continuing her ?private conversation? that clearly couldn?t wait!

Brilliant place, I have bought a great range in this Superdrug store in the past. It is helpfully based in the Quintins (a shopping centre in Hailsham) so it is easily accessible by bus or car. I'd recommend this store to anyone as they have a wide range of products

It has most things you would expect from a superdrug , but still quite limited and the staff are slow on the checkouts , there usually isn't that many staff members working on the shop floor
