I came in today, It was very busy. But the lovely blonde girl with the tattoos at the counter was so friendly. I could tell she was tiered but she was so accommodating which didn?t go unnoticed by me. A Very polite young lady!!

5 stars, I came in on Friday in the afternoon and was served by a lovely girl with blonde hair and tattoos, she didn?t seem to have a name badge but she was very smiley and friendly. However I was quite disturbed when a man who had done my salad, with a long beard and glasses, I believe his name badge said David yelled at her. She had asked if he had cut a sandwich and after repeating the question multiple times because she was ignored, he yelled at her ?yes of course I did, why wouldn?t I cut it? I found this upsetting. However food was good, and staff are mostly friendly.

Been to this Subway today with an elder person to have lunch I paid for the drinks and I asked for one cup, they've gave me one which wasn't safe for the elder person so I have asked for a normal cup and I said I would pay for it the surprise was that they charged me like for a drink so I payed £ 1.49 for an empty cup this is all I wanted as I already bought a drink don't need one , the staff explained that they already gave me one but I explained to them that it's not safe to use. All in all food was ok but staff attitude was not quite ok. Definitely even if I am very hungry I won't pay to eat here.

Staff are rude, can't understand what paying customers are saying due to poor English. Cleanliness is horrendous didn't change gloves or wash hands between tasks. Took food home tastes horrendous

Staff were great in this occasion there have been times when they havnt been so good. This time they were helpful, friendly and nothing was to much. The food was great and very tasty really enjoyed it will definatly go again, only wish there wernt so many youngsters hanging around in their in an evening it's very unpleasant.

Despite the shop having some difficulties due to a couple fridge break downs, the person serving could not have been more helpful. Clearly a bit stressed but going out of her way to help and very appologisetic.
