Expensive coffee that tastes of chemicals

Friendly staff and drinks were made quickly despite it being busy! There are plenty of seats available, free Wi-Fi and plug sockets. Toilets are available as well. It looks much better now with the refurbishment. The car park has been resurfaced which is great, it was full of potholes before.
Only negative is it can get a little noisy inside if busy, must be the open plan layout.

My local Starbucks, it looks fab after the refurbishment but still lacks soul. It looks really nice, however for such a large area it is cold and not very inspiring. And to date I have not eaten in. Which is a shame.
My main focus is the staff, who are always lovely and helpful. And well presented. Food and drinks good and quick turnaround.

As we have a dog, we always choose Starbucks as they are dog friendly and have pup cups? well not this one. No information given on website about this and we had to leave after told by staff he wasn?t welcome. Travelled to meet family and chose specifically. Staff were rude and hostile and seemingly it?s a policy at discretion of management. We will stick to Starbucks Oxted, Reigate, Hickstead, Brighton, Sevenoaks??.
Will be contacting Head Office too oh and most of the staff were surly especially barista..

Very Noisy...

Definitely a morning regular.... Can barely afford to function without it actually.
There is loads of seating (inside and out) and a really nice atmosphere.
There is also a Greggs next door to get other(cheaper) snacks.
The only criticism I have is that, this being a service station, the prices are considerably higher (20-30%), which really starts to add up when it's 2 coffees, a hot chocolate or 2 for the kids and a snack.

Parking: It can be busy..... a regular place for people to meet and have meetings.

Just popped into this Starbucks to grab a coffee and was met with awful customer service from the barristers. The young lady making my coffee didn?t even acknowledge me as she gave me my coffee when I had to ask for a sleeve for my cup which she should have automatically given me, she just threw it down on the counter as if annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation with her colleague who was using his mobile phone the whole time.
