Absolutely terrible. We booked someone to fix a motor home tyre at our home and gave directions to the operator. The driver/mechanic rang to take directions again which we duly provided. I returned home and he had not been or phoned back. I chased the office and they said I was rude to him so he didn't come. I can't imagine how he could think I was rude. The operator asked me to apologise. Is this the right way to deal with a customer?

I couldn't be happier with the quick and professional service I had today on a call out to a blown tyre at Wartling near Hailsham. The wheel was quickly replaced, and I was back on the road within 15 minutes of the driver/mechanic arriving. Very satisfied and recommended. Thank you.
