Excellent, friendly and customer centric service. A good team led very ably by James, the Manager, who has always got a smile on his face and time for his customers. But a shame they have reduced their days of opening. A lot of people still want that face to face interaction, not using internet banking for every transaction. That's quite clear judging how busy this branch always seems to be. Nationwide....please don't close this branch!!

My debit card pin had been locked by my on line banking card reader. I went into the branch for help how to unlock the pin. The staff were excellent and helped me. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of customer service was amazing.

Had a problem opening a new Mutual Reward Bond on the NW website.I rang the local branch and spoke to Curtis, he was extremely helpful and said he would send all details and the application forms in the post. Form duly arrived and completed now taken into local branch.Excellent service.
