Came to Lime Cross Nursery today for a retreat day, and I cannot recommend it enough! It was absolutely brilliant start to finish. Thank you for offering such a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate! Highlight has to be wild swimming in the pond. The site is absolutely stunning, the yoga was really special and set you up perfectly for mindful walking in the estate (which is stunning) the vineyard is so cool, and all the food and drinks were plentiful and absolutely delicious.

I have been to Lime Cross for their Wellness in the Wild retreats in 2022 a number of times.I have really enjoyed the Yoga & Pilates retreats in such a beautiful setting; the lake is divine & with a wood fired hot tub too, a real treat, I'd like to move in to the OOD House! The food & drink each time has been delicious & locally sourced. The team are all welcoming & friendly & I'm excited to see what they offer next. Highly recommended.

I love this place and cannot wait to start shopping here properly again. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who have endless patience in helping us pick out the best plants for our current project. It is a pleasant place to walk around, not just for the plants but the grounds in general. Stop by the cafe and have some lunch and you have a decent morning or afternoon out. Plants are always well presented and it is so nice to have the option of sizes of each type. You can choose how much you want to spend and if you want a ready made garden or watch it develope. And everything here is sensibly priced. I think my partner just invents new projects so we have an excuse to go back. Oh, no, that would be me.

Had a lovely afternoon here. Had a light lunch and a look around the shop. Not masses of things to buy but some unusual bits and pieces and a very good selection of indoor plants. Wandered round outside too and was impressed by their shrubs, trees etc and some very nice planters. Was well set up to comply with Covid restrictions too.

What a wonderful family run nursery. Great knowledge of all of the plants, fabulous food, great coffee and cake to boot, what's not to love! Well worth a drive out and it is in a beautifully laid out setting too, unlike any other nursery.

little piece of heaven <3My partner and I used to come here 2/3 times a week when we were working at PGL in Windmill and it was our little slice of heaven away from the hectic kids, where you could get a decent coffee and feel like an adult. I still dream about the avocado cake and would die for the recipe! Lots of love from Australia <3

We collected from their takeaway menu, a lovely Tapas meal in a box, you can order for 2 or more, the meal also includes a pudding, all of which was delicious, definitely recommend, very good value for money ??

A real gem of a garden centre with a great selection of trees and plants. Far better than local competitors with very fair pricing. Good garden advice available too. One star off for slow service in the café in spite of booking and arriving in good time which then left us without enough time to explore the plant areas outside

Came here for coffee at Olives cafe and had a great coffee. Good cake and snack selection as well as a large menu for bigger appetites. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

My fiancée and I visited today after hearing about their fantastic vegan options. The stand-out dish being the Marmite & Applewood scone. Great tea and coffee options and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about veganism. We will definitely be returning!

We had breakfast (table of 4) this morning at Olives. The Olives Sussex breakfast is good 1 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, fried sliced potato?s, baked toms with seasoning and beans. Ordered toast and black pudding as extras. All good quality ingredients and you can definitely taste the difference. Bill was £65 overall which included 3 Sussex breakfasts, eggs on toast, 7 coffees (latte style) and two small tubs ice cream to go. Price was worth it for the quality of the food and we knew what to expect as had been there many times before lockdown. You have to book and you choose your table (we booked 10.45 to 12.30). On the downside all eggs were hard, and service was slow. Also doors are kept open and I know this is probably unavoidable but we were right near an open door and the cold drinks cabinet. Chattering teeth all round. My advice, don?t choose table 1. But for these negatives would have been 5 stars

Great garden centre. Lots of lovely things, and always something a little different. The cafe is fantastic, great breakfast and brunch options, also vegan options, regular specials and cakes. They used to have a small children's area, which they don't seem to have now, this is disappointing.

Visited Olives cafe for brunch. Went for the full English. Decent portions and really tasty. Quick service and friendly staff. It's also dog friendly (in a small section). Would recommend booking
