This store is rude. Picking on a young disabled lady, I think that?s disgusting and accusing her of stealing. When I called up the manager she stated she was ?new? and was so rude on the phone and very patronising and carried on to say that myself is allowed on the shop but she isn?t. I think this is very disgusting behaviour and wouldn?t recommend this shop.

Lady at check out rude, no hello or even a smile, it wasn?t busy in store she scanned everything at fast pace I?d asked for two bags when she started and I was given them at the end of the shop once she had finished, took payment and was already scanning the next customers shopping while I was still packing.

I have got iceland deliveries for the last few weeks as I have had surgery and I can't left. The drivers are fab especially Gary at hailsham branch carry the bags in and always cheerful thanks iceland

my partner has just returned from using your storeis just informed me that yet again you can't retrieve a pound coin from the trolleys.because you do not have a chain to retrieve in the store.you have one member of staff on the tills, who refused to deal with it.and told my partner she would just have to leave it as I'm too busy on the till and I can't deal with it! this is the third time she has not been able to retrieve her money.and no one seems to take responsibility for it. I would suggest to any future shopper in there that require a trolley use a ASDA's trolley from the car park and return it to the car park

Just found out that they do not deliver to a town only 5 miles away, so an oap has to catch a bus to do her shopping in Iceland then catch a bus back with her shopping. Not happy

I cannot thank the Iceland staff enough. Yesterday one member especially (Sarah) went above and beyond to help not just me but, in the bigger picture, our family.All the staff are professional yet friendly, they all go out of their way to help when needed. It is a real community based shop. Customer service is rare to find these days, but you'll definitely get it here.
