I went in to browse & was constantly pestered by staff , I made it clear I didn’t require help but they wouldn’t leave me in peace . One staff member keep lingering by me and trying to engage me in conversation JUST STOP IT - customer’s need a little time to look at the ranges and make a choice.

I always find this H&B such a nice place to shop, nice and clean, well stocked shelves and pretty much has everything you want by way of vitamins and soaps etc. Friendly and helpful staff and usually very quite to browse around.
