The new location in Hailsham is absolutely awful! No parking for pick up, and busy traffic. My order was cold. It was our first and last visit there. It could work only for delivery or for collection on foot. By car - it is a nightmare.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a large sauce pot at 6 pm. Food arrived after half an hour missing the sauce. The driver said he'd go back to the shop and get it (which is 2 roads up from me). After another half hour he hadn't arrived. Called, "he'll be 10 minutes". 10 Minutes came and went. Called again, "he'll be 5 minutes". 10 minutes later he actually arrived.
Waiting nearly 50 minutes for a tub of sauce is unacceptable, especially when your pizza is sat in a luke warm oven drying out because you're labouring under the impression he's just going to nip back. Oh and the telephone service was hardly reassuring. I could have walked to the store, got the sauce, walked back and eaten in the time I waited.
Just keep some damn sauces in the car or don't lie to people. Either one isn't difficult, but Dominos Hailsham or some reason made it so.
First and last time ordering from this Dominos. I'll drive to Eastbourne and back, it'll be quicker and I might get to enjoy my overpriced pizza hot.

I recently ordered a vegetarian wrap from Domino?s Pizza in Hailsham, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite specifically requesting a vegetarian option, I was shocked to find meat in my wrap. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious oversight, especially for those with dietary restrictions or ethical considerations.
The mix-up not only ruined my meal but also left me questioning the attention to detail and quality control at this location. When I reached out to address the issue, the response was less than satisfactory. Sent a vegetarian wrap and said it?s not their fault they can?t open them to see?
As someone who often enjoys Domino?s, this experience has left me hesitant to order again from the Hailsham branch. I hope they improve their processes to ensure such mistakes do not happen in the future. Until then, I?d recommend caution to anyone with specific dietary needs.

Just ordered 2 pizzas as a deal but only got delivered 1. When called, I was told that the online deals are not the same as in a local shop. Totall rip off! I've been ordering pizzas from Dominoes online for years and never had any problems. Not good Hailsham Dominoes.
