I had difficulty with my health why in the shop yesterday afternoon & the staff member on the shop floor was so very helpful & supportive to me. I cannot thank her enough. You are not only a credit to your parents but to card factory as well.

Ordered my balloons for my wedding after 3hrs the went down rang store and was told what did I want her to do about it ? My daughters actually went back the day of my wedding of which they blew them up again and again went down within 2 hrs ! There is one particular member of staff in that shop that is so RUDE! If it wasn't for the reasonable prices of their cards I wouldn't go in there!
