Closes for lunch - what century is this? No mention of this on the openhing times. Runs out of stock often, no one answers the phone. Once of the worst run pharmacies in the area and that's saying something.

Attended this boots to get an emergency prescription for allergy formula for my daughter due to difficulties explained a referral had been sent over from another pharmacy as they didn?t have the stock. Assistant was very unhelpful. She proceeded to say to me, tongue in cheek ?what?s it worth? whilst talking/giggling to her colleagues. Witnessed another gentleman come in who tried to get help for his throat and he was treated as if he was stupid when he was just trying to avoid going to the doctors and get help for his symptoms. The pharmacist was also very unhelpful and sarcastic. This store lacks some serious professionalism. I would rate it lower if I could.

Really unfriendly Boots with very poor stock.I was treated like a criminal for asking for a packet of Nytol to help with temporary sleepless nights. The lady also shouted at me for standing too near the back counter to try and read the boxes. This was in front of people in the queue and was very demoralising.When someone is in need of medicine, there is no need to treat them like this!My advice is to avoid and go to friendly and sympathetic Paydens ( or another Boots branch) instead. Paydens are so helpful and have better stock too.

Awful staff. Left me waiting for ages while they faffed about and snapped at me to wait. Then a woman that eventually served me was extremely rude and unfriendly and didn't bother to smile and apologise for keeping me waiting.The staff at this branch have some serious issues when it comes to customer service. I'm making an official complaint because this happens every time I need to buy something at this store.

Quite a large pharmacy right in the centre of Hailsham, it had a huge range of stock, always looks clean, it can be a bit busy at times but I've never had any problems shopping here or getting my prescriptions etc.

Disgraceful attitude of a Pharmacist. Very kind to the person in front of me. When my turn came, the tone of voice changed. Felt like a kid questioned by the teacher. Then she didn't really know which form of medication was prescribed giving me tablets instead of liquid form. She left me waiting and started to serve another customer. She kept pointing that people in Hailsham are racist and got an issue with her skin colour. Made me feel really bad as I am myself a foreigner and have no racist thoughts about anyone. I tried to say she is not the only one professional there then she told me to leave HER place now. Will make a formal complaint.

I visited this store twice around lunch time, one week apart. Each time it was deserted No staff around or tills manned. When I shouted up a person did appear to tell me the pharmacy counter was closed and I should come back later! Thankfully I don?t have to.
