The manager, is horrible.
Speaks to people in such a horrible manner.
My daughter who clearly is autistic was told to stop flapping and to take a matter seriously. When her flap is a stim which she uses to regulate her emotions.
Rude woman and put me off Argos all together.

Hi the hailsham staff are good no problem it's the customer service and delivery people l had a double delivered on Sunday 1st September no damage to box but you wouldn't believe the headboard was broken and damaged stuck together with duck tape it's a joke when you pay over 200 pounds for something and at that price it should be in good condition well phoned customer service because drivers won't take.back they for them to get Thursday am he asked did you pay cash l said his name on customer service was Sammy l said yes he said that's got receipt l said yes go down to store get money back left till today afternoon got when oh left it ABIT late to come that was by new manager never seen her.before couldn't sort it she wanted receipt l said no way photo copy fine and l said it better be sorted tomorrow or l am talking higher

Went into store to buy a SIM free phone as mine broke, in store they didn't have any phones in stock to buy directly in store and had to either pay and collect or get it delivered another day - waste of petrol but I ordered it for delivery for next day delivery on Saturday as I needed a phone. Sunday morning after all I got a email saying it had been dispatched at 14:10, less an a minute later at 14:11 but delivery was cancelled as the driver couldn't locate my building. Driver could have called for directions, did the entire flat complex get up like Howl's Moving Castle? I ended up rebooking via phone. The lady I spoke to didn't seem to fully understand what I was saying to her as I had to repeat my phone number at least 6 to 7 times and she still got it incorrect, I asked if it can be rescheduled for Tuesday as I am not home on Monday - she told me it was done. Later I checked the online orders and found it was booked in on Monday so I ended up cancelling appointments as I needed the item, on Monday (today) I got a notification for a time slot for 7 to 9am, the updates were stuck on 'your delivery is next' for hours. I waited and waited until 12:00 and received yet another cancellation notification apparently there was now a problem with the delivery van and it had to go back to the warehouse. I once again told them the situation and have now got it booked for in between 6pm and 10pm today, if it doesn't come I am going to trading standards as I can't afford to sit on a £300 pound item especially when I have paid £5.95 for next day delivery on top and i still don't have the item!

Staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for me. Very easy access and has disabled parking right outside the front door and I go there alot highly recommended ?

Always found this branch to be good. No long waits, parking outside and friendly staff. Plenty of self service ordering stations are spread around the shop. The shop is also nice and cool in the summer.

Probably the best Argos in the local area, not that I've had any issues locally with the others but the staff in this Argos always seem friendly, they want to help and always greet you in a pleasant manner.

Went to collect an order of toys and the sales assistant asked if I needed them hidden as I had my kids with me.A small gesture but very much appreciated and thoughtful.

I have used this location a few times and have always received exceptional service! From garden furniture choice to helping me carry purchases to my car. Always get a friendly welcome, store has a nice layout and they allow dogs. Even my puppy likes shopping in Hailsham Argos!Thanks again for always being so helpful!
