As first time buyers we felt taken advantage of. As people that sell houses they are bound to know a bit about houses and we were sold a house with a lot of issues. Never go through people they recommend surveyors etc as they clearly work hand in hand.

I rented a lovely little flat in Hailsham from Angela Marden Estate Agents, I dealt with Jasmin, Jasmin was easy to communicate with, and the flat was clean and freshly painted for my arrival, I also got a lovely little welcome hamper ?, Jasmin was on time to every appointment and nothing was an issue even when I managed to lock myself out for the 3rd time they were on hand to help, I would highly recommend Angela Marden and if I ever need soemwhere else to private rent in future they will be my go to. It was a pleasure dealing with the team and they were all helpful and friendly. If you need a private rental I would highly recommend Angela Marden.

Having not moved home for over 30 years, we were apprehensive, especially as the move was to a completely new area to us. We found Angela and her team very helpful. Vivien did the initial show round and was extremely knowledgeable about the local area. The whole process was stress free and the team were always available at the end of the phone for any questions that arose. Vivien personally met us at the property with the keys. The Welcome New Home on the front door, balloon and Prosecco were a lovely touch. We highly recommend.

There?s a lot I could say about my choosing Angela Marden to sell our family home of 42 years but it?s certainly a choice I don?t regret one bit. Anne Hutson couldn?t have been more professional during the whole process, as well as being extremely compassionate, and really is a special person. In addition, Angela herself was true to her word and found me somewhere new to rent, which was far from a foregone conclusion and massively appreciated. In fact the whole team is great and I couldn?t recommend them highly enough.
