“The bed was extremely comfortable and water nice and hot. Was quiet.\\nHowever we came back after going out to eat and the pub entrance was all in darkness and the doors locked . We were not told we had to walk down a side street and go round to the back entrance which isn't easy to find unless you know where you are going. Thank god for other patrons otherwise we would have had to find another hotel!!”
