We have just made a new contract with this agency two months in advance of the move and we only have 2 days with the keys to our new home and they delivered it in very bad conditions everything was dirty the boiler does not work the bathroom has no water and it will be like this For two more weeks they are not responsible for the damage, everything that appears in the photos is a lie or very old photos, nothing is updated but well, that is typical of agencies. I sincerely do not recommend this agency!!

Ali, Chad and Lusi all did a fantastic job selling my late father's house. They kept me up to date with every stage of the sale from viewings through to completion. They replied to all my calls and emails promptly. They were all very helpful and make a great team.

I completed on my bungalow in Eastbourne and I want to thank Ali and Lusi for their part in this. I had endless questions and they were both super patient with me! There was a major hold-up with my solicitor for purchase and Ali worked tirelessly to progress the sale to completion. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend these guys - they?re a fabulous tag team!

What a fantastic team, Ali and Lusi are absolutely fantastic. I'm Dyslexic and they were both so fantastic, Ali spent ages going through paperwork, forms and helping me fill them out too. Nothing was an issue or a problem or to much trouble. The move got complicated due to the chain, but they kept me up to date and pushed solicitors, buyers and Estate agents to make my move happen and as smooth as possible too. From the time the valuation was done, sales contract agreed, photos and on the website, was so quick but not pushy either. We purchased our property through YourMove. Its been a very long and tricky process which YourMove have kept on top of the whole time, liaising with all parties to ensure that we got there in the end. I'm fairly sure that without YourMove, the whole chain would have fallen apart.Particular thanks to Lusi and Ali who have always made themselves available to talk to us and always know exactly what it going on.
