We?ve never used Wicked again ?
Parked slightly over the line in car park (in Disabled bay with Blue Badge displayed.) No other parking space was encroached upon... sent £60 fine.
UPDATE Sent picture capture to Wickes' head office of the reason for fine. Wickes said that they don't fine for being over the parking bay line, just being over their time limit. It was a 20 minute visit (Wickes please check ANPR!!). As good citizen the fine was paid on day of receipt. Wickes have washed their hands of it because we did the right thing by paying straight away. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE!
Will never shop there again.
B&Q had our new kitchen business morning instead. Thank you for helping us make up our minds over which kitchen design to buy. :(

I went here to get a new Bathroom Light Cord that was £2, not a single member of staff knew were it was in the store when I asked! I went outside and done a click and collect and funny enough was found in I less that 10 minutes and order was ready lol ?, I accept that people may not know we're things are etc but it just made me laugh and I seen the humour in it and it was even the same guy on the till who found it funny too lol

Yard and warehouse staff useless and unhelpful. Seem to take pleasure in not helping. Stick with parkers or Travis perkins and save time, money and stress.

I Drove 2 hours to to get there and even that this was in stock when I got there is was still showing I. Stock but they didn?t have and So Wicks get it updated as it was not showing in stock at my store but was here so NOT HAPPY Wick just booked it for home delivery and had to pay £7.99 and have a builder to fit today Vey Poor Service well update sent repetitive emails to customer service and guess what? No reply from them at all I gave them all the information regarding the item which I still purchased and still had to pay delivery for and I heard nothing from them. Very poor service. I don?t think I?ll be ever using Wickes again and I advise most people if they have a problem do not go back there as they do not honour their customer service, on Wickes I thought you?re better than B&Q and homebase but maybe not
